These terms explain what you may do on ICNAV, what you may not do, and where our responsibility for the information on this site ends.
1. About this site
- ICNAV (icnavio.com) is a public directory of semiconductor and integrated-circuit companies, operated independently by an individual developer. It is not affiliated with any chipmaker, distributor or investment firm.
- The site provides search, comparison and reading tools. It does not take part in transactions: we do not sell parts, quote prices, guarantee lead times or stock, and we do not accept paid rankings.
2. Accounts
- Company contact details, favourites, browsing history and the company centre require an account. Register with an email address you can be reached at and keep your password private.
- Accounts are personal. Do not rent, transfer or share them, and do not use automated programs to scrape content that is available only after signing in.
- You may ask us to close your account at any time; favourites, history and data you added are deleted with it.
3. Content and intellectual property
- Copyright in the site structure, page copy, in-depth column articles and company analyses belongs to ICNAV. You are welcome to quote conclusions with attribution and a link back; wholesale republication, mirroring or bulk redistribution is not permitted.
- Company names, logos, product names and other marks belong to their respective owners and are used here only for identification and explanation. Rights holders may ask us to remove an asset, and we will review the request.
- News items keep only the headline, a short excerpt and a link to the source; copyright in those items belongs to the original publisher.
- Company information submitted by registered users is treated as licensed to ICNAV for public display, and the submitter must have the right to provide it.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not send requests at a rate beyond normal browsing, and do not attempt to bypass sign-in, permissions or access controls.
- Do not submit false company information, claim a company you do not represent, or upload images or text that infringe someone else's rights.
- Do not use content from this site for unlawful purposes or repackage it as misleading commercial promotion or investment advice.
5. Accuracy and limitation of liability
- Company records come from public sources and are reviewed by hand; they may lag behind reality or contain errors. Market shares are quotations from named public industry reports, with source and year shown, and are not real-time data. Reference prices are not quotations.
- Base selection, purchasing and investment decisions on the vendor datasheet, an authorised distributor's formal quotation and a signed contract. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the information on this site.
- External links point to third-party sites; their content, availability and privacy practices are the responsibility of those sites.
6. Changes and termination
- Features may change, pause or be discontinued; material changes affecting use will be announced on the site.
- If these terms are breached, we may restrict or terminate the relevant account and reserve the right to pursue remedies.
7. Governing law and contact
- These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are first addressed through good-faith discussion, then submitted to the competent court where the operator is located.
